FAQ's

What will the Entertainer need for the workshop?

For our one-day workshops you will be required to provide the following:

A venue suitable for young children to attend
Tables and chairs for the children to work at
One table for the entertainer close to an electrical power point
Access to a tap and sink
Parking

We have a mixed group of both girls and boys, will they all be engaged throughout the workshop?

Yes, definitely. We have perfected the exact combination of activities to keep both boys and girls completely engaged and having a great time. All of our entertainers have undergone an extensive training program, some are even studying childcare or have childcare qualifications.

Will the children have a food break?

Yes, for our full day workshops, children will have a morning tea and lunch break throughout the day.

Are the entertainers ‘screened’?

Yes, all the staff and entertainers of Bop till you Drop have an approved ‘Working with Children Check’.

What time will the entertainer arrive?

Your entertainer will arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled workshop start time (this is with an allocated car spot within 20 metres from the workshop). This gives you an opportunity to ask questions, give any special instructions or discuss any requirements.

Do I need to provide a parking spot for the entertainer?

Yes. Your entertainer will need an allocated parking spot as close to your venue as possible. There is a lot of heavy equipment to unload (and reload) and we want the workshop to run as smoothly as possible and on time. Please note you will be required to pay for parking should free parking not be available. Also, please ensure you give the office clear directions on exactly where your venue is located.

What if someone hurts themselves, are you insured?

Bop till you Drop has $20 million dollars Public Liability Insurance.
