It’s always a privilege to receive a special mention for our award winning Bop till you Drop School Holiday Programs thanks to Weekend Notes.

Two weeks is a long time to have the kids mooching around the house and climbing the walls, so it’s a good idea to have some activities planned to keep them busy during this time.
Last holidays, my daughter was keen to action-pack her days with different sports and creative workshops. This time round, I told her she could only pick one. And with not a second of hesitation, she chose the Bop Till You Drop School Holiday program.
We’ve tried out a number of different drama/showbiz classes and I can honestly say that I’ve generally been disappointed. I don’t expect my daughter to be a fully-fledged thespian after a two-day course but I do like to see she has actually learnt something as well as had fun.
But I was blown away by how much was accomplished during the two-day Bop Till Your Drop program. My girl couldn’t stop talking about the activities they did – dancing, singing, acting, cooking, craft and science. It was non-stop fun.
Kids Are Having A Ball at Our Performing Arts Workshop
Parents are invited to a concert at the end of the second day for the kids to demonstrate what they have learnt during the program. I couldn’t get over how professional the show was, especially after only such a short time together. The choreography and singing were brilliant and there was even a good dose of humour and lots of smiles thrown into the mix. It was obvious that the kids were having a ball.
My daughter didn’t attend the workshop with any of her friends but this didn’t matter at all, as the friendly staff made sure she was put in an appropriate age group with kids that were compatible. At the end of the session, she was practically swapping phone numbers with her new BFFs.
Bop Till You Drop prides themselves in teaching children to be themselves, to be different, creative and unique. The focus is on building self-esteem and allowing the kids to be part of the creative process, rather than merely dictating ideas.
Award Winning School Holiday Program
They recently won ‘People’s Choice’ at the industry esteemed ‘What’s On 4 Kids Awards’ for their School Holiday Programs. Well deserved.
I love Bop Till You Drop’s simple philosophy – children learn much faster when they feel their opinion is valued. Focus on their confidence and they excel! So true!
The teachers are all professional, talented and so good with kids. Cathy Randazzo, who is the Sydney Director and mum of two, led the team during our workshop last holidays and I was so impressed with her passion and enthusiasm. The kids were crazy about her and the other teachers too.
